SOME GUIDELINES ON ORCHESTRA PUBLICATIONS...

We suggest that categories should not be taken too literally: these are meant as a guide rather than set in stone.

However, the grades approximate to American grades as follows:-

SIZE OF SETS Virtually all sets include FULL Scores. String parts are usually 8 8 444 or 8 8 555. We can only supply as supplied to us by publishers, but the publications are all from top quality sources.

SCORES ON APPROVAL You may order 6 at any one time, and subject to their return within 14 days, no charge is made.
DUPLICATE SCORES We cannot give permission to duplicate scores for Festival purposes. Please order a second copy. Supplies of extra scores from foreign publishers may take a considerable time, but UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can we give permission for you to photocopy scores from other publishers. We do not have the right to do so.
ADDITIONAL SCORES These are charged at 20% of the UK retail price.
